EVERLEIGH-AFTER :: AN IMMERSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE
About this Event
The Everleigh in collaboration with leading Australian Chef Peter Gunn (IDES) have cultivated a blend of art and flavour interpreted through digital environments.
A four course meal will be paired with cocktails composed by The Everleigh. Each dish will exhibit an intensity of flavour designed to complement The Everleigh's signature mastery of alchemy. A narrative carved from the earthy elements adorning The Everleigh will oscillate in an electrifying symphony of texture and tradition.
SSIXX is a multi-disciplinary travelling degustation for intimate groups and individuals seeking an otherworldly dining experience. Limited sessions are available for SSIXX .
